| 1 | pack | (4-serving size) Jell-O brand gelatin; any flavor |
| 1 | cup | Boiling water |
| ¾ | cup | Cold juice or soda |
| ¼ | cup | Cold liqueur; rum or wine |
Directions
DISSOLVE gelatin in boiling water. Add juice and liqueur. Pour into 12 (2-ounce) souffle cups. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
Cherry-Rum Colo Shots: Use cherry flavor gelatin, ¾ cup cola beverage and
¼ cup rum.
Orange Triplex: Use orange flavor gelatin, ¾ cup orange flavor sparkling water and ¼ cup any orange liqueur.
