Fresh zucchini salad

Ingredients

| 4 | mediums | Zucchini; sliced |
| ⅓ | cup | Salad oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Cider vinegar |
| ¼ | cup | Sweet relish |
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped onion |
| 3 | tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | Clove garlic; split | |
Directions
Combine oil, vinegar, salt & pepper in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients while oil mixture is still hot. Refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally. Remove garlic before serving.
