Measure | Ingredient |

4 mediums | Zucchini; sliced |
⅓ cup | Salad oil |
⅓ cup | Cider vinegar |
¼ cup | Sweet relish |
3 tablespoons | Chopped onion |
3 tablespoons | Chopped pimento |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | Clove garlic; split |
Combine oil, vinegar, salt & pepper in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients while oil mixture is still hot. Refrigerate overnight, tossing occasionally. Remove garlic before serving.
