2 \N | Cloves garlic; minced |
2 tablespoons | Olive oil |
¼ cup | Fresh basil; chopped |
½ cup | Freshly grated romano cheese |
1 \N | Box farfalle; (Bow tie pasta) |
Boil noodles In a wok or large pan, heat oil and sautee the garlic. Add the zucchini and basil and cook until desired tenderness is reached. Drain noodles. Stir in zucchini. Add cheese. Add salt & pepper for taste.
