15 ounces | Cheese -- ricotta |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ cup | Cheese, parmesan -- grated |
¼ teaspoon | Pepper |
14 cups | Parsley -- chopped |
\N \N | Chicken bouillon cube |
¼ cup | Basil, fresh -- chopped |
½ cup | Water -- boiling |
Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, stir cheeses with parsley and seasonings. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; stir into cheese mixture. Pour over pasta; toss to coat.
