Ziti with creamy herb sauce

15ouncesCheese -- ricotta
½teaspoonSalt
cupCheese, parmesan -- grated
¼teaspoonPepper
14cupsParsley -- chopped
Chicken bouillon cube
¼cupBasil, fresh -- chopped
½cupWater -- boiling

Directions

Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, stir cheeses with parsley and seasonings. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; stir into cheese mixture. Pour over pasta; toss to coat.
