Ziti with creamy herb sauce

15 | ounces | Cheese -- ricotta |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
⅓ | cup | Cheese, parmesan -- grated |
¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
14 | cups | Parsley -- chopped |
Chicken bouillon cube | ||
¼ | cup | Basil, fresh -- chopped |
½ | cup | Water -- boiling |
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on package; drain. Meanwhile, stir cheeses with parsley and seasonings. Dissolve bouillon cube in boiling water; stir into cheese mixture. Pour over pasta; toss to coat.
