Measure | Ingredient |

1 | Jar (12-oz) unsalted dry roasted peanuts |
⅓ cup | Honey |
1½ tablespoon | Peanut oil |
¼ teaspoon | Chili powder |
1 pinch | Salt |
¼ teaspoon | Grated orange peel -or- |
¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon and nutmeg |
From The Jewish Star (Central NJ Jewish Newspaper) Combine all ingredients in a one quart microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet to cool. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre or dessert.
