Zippy honey-roasted peanuts

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 Jar (12-oz) unsalted dry roasted peanuts
⅓ cup Honey
1½ tablespoon Peanut oil
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
1 pinch Salt
¼ teaspoon Grated orange peel -or-
¼ teaspoon Cinnamon and nutmeg

From The Jewish Star (Central NJ Jewish Newspaper) Combine all ingredients in a one quart microwave-safe bowl and cook on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. Pour mixture onto a greased baking sheet to cool. Serve as an hors d'oeuvre or dessert.
