1 | teaspoon | Onion salt |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
⅛ | teaspoon | Ground red pepper |
2 | cups | Unsalted peanuts* |
Directions
MAKES: 2 CUPS
Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in onion salt, garlic powder, and ground red pepper until combined. Stir in nuts till coated with mixture. Spread in shallow baking pan; bake at 300~ for fifteen minutes. Do not stir. Serve warm or cool. NOTE: To use raw peanuts, coat them with the butter mixture and increase baking time to thirty minutes or till peanuts are lightly browned, stirring once after fifteen minutes.
