Zesty turkey and rice

Ingredients

| 1⅔ | cup | Chicken stock | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Dried basil leaves; crushed | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Garlic powder | 
| ¼ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce | 
| 1 | pounds | Canned stewed tomatoes | 
| ¾ | cup | Uncooked long grain rice | 
| 1 | cup | Frozen peas | 
| 2 | cups | Cooked turkey or chicken; cubed | 
Directions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a saucepan over medium high heat. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice. Reduce heat to low. 
2. Cover and cook 20 minutes. Stir in peas and turkey. 
3. Cover and cook 5 minutes more or until rice is done and most of liquid is absorbed.
