| 1 | teaspoon | Paprika |
| ½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
| 4 | eaches | Bay leaves -- crumbled |
| 4 | pounds | Turkey breast |
| 2 | cups | Chicken broth -- low-sodium |
Directions
In small bowl, combine spices and mix well. Place turkey on a rack in a roasting pan; rub with spice mixture. Add broth to pan. Bake at 350 deg. for 2 to 3 hrs. or until done, basting every 30 min. Yield: 6 servings.
