Zabaglione #6

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Egg yolks
3 ounces Marsala wine
3 tablespoons Sugar
\N \N Fresh berries
\N \N Ice cream

Place egg yolks, wine and sugar in a copper rounded pan or double boiler and whisk until mixture has a whipped creamy texture (about 5 to 15 minutes). Pour over ice cream and strawberries or raspberries in large wine glasses. Yield: 4 servings.
