Yorkshire fat rascals

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Plain flour
8 ounces Butter
4 ounces Currants
2 ounces Brown sugar
\N \N Salt
\N \N Milk and water mixed
\N \N Icing sugar

Rub the butter into the flour, add the currants, sugar and salt. Mix in enough milk and water to make a slack dough. Roll out to ½" thick, cut into rounds and dust with icing sugar. Put on a greased baking tray and bake in a moderately hot oven until lightly browned.
