2 tablespoons Mustard oil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Garlic puree
1 teaspoon Ginger puree
3 Fresh green chillies, chopped
1 tablespoon Fresh mint
3 tablespoons Chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon Cummin seeds, roasted and ground
1 teaspoon Garam masala
1 tablespoon Mild curry paste (B)
2 tablespoons Tandoori dry mix masala (C)
1 teaspoon Salt
