|5 cups||All-Purpose Cake Mix|
|1 teaspoon||Vanilla extract|
350F oven. Grease & lightly flour two 8 or 9" round cake pans or one 13x9; set aside. In large bowl, combine All-Porp Mix, milk and vanilla. Beat with electric mixer on high 1 min. Scrape batter from side of bowl with spatula. Beat on high 1 min longer. Add eggs, 1 at a time beating well between each until batter is creamy. Pour into pans. Bake 30 - 35 min for 8 or 9" pan, or 35-40 min for 13x9 pan, until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on rack 10 min. Invert onto rack and remove pan, if desired. Frost if desired, when cake is completely cool.
White cake: Use only egg whites Small Cake: use falf ingredients (using 2 eggs or egg whites) and bake in 8" square pan.
