Yeastfree, sugarfree raspberry jam

Ingredients

16 | ounces | Unsweetened raspberries, fresh or frozen |
¼ | cup | Fresh squeezed orange juice |
1½ | tablespoon | Tapioca |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan. Let sit 5 minutes. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Simmer 2 minutes.
