Smoked turkey hash

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Smoked turkey ; chopped |
| 1 | large | Onion; chopped |
| 10 | Cloves garlic; minced | |
| 5 | larges | Potatoes, boiled and mashed |
| 4 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 4 | tablespoons | Nuoc mam |
| 4 | tablespoons | High-grade soy sauce, or liquid |
| Aminos (unfermented soy sauce) | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Black pepper |
| Canola oil | ||
Directions
Coat bottom of frying pan with canola oil. Chop onion and fry over medium heat until translucent. Add all other ingredients, mix well, and cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes, or until potatoes are beginning to brown, turning frequently. Remove from heat and serve.
