2 cups Rolled oats
cup Carrots; grated
½ cup String beans; diced (or other veggie)
½ cup Cabbage; diced
½ cup Mushrooms; diced
½ cup Broccoli; diced
½ cup Onions; diced
1 Clove garlic; (pressed)
3 tablespoons Flour; (give or take)
¼ cup Water
¼ cup Soy sauce
Salt & pepper to taste
