Wine cake

Yield: 12 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yellow cake mix
1 pack Sm vanilla inst. pudding
4 \N Eggs
3 tablespoons Butter
½ cup Oil
1 cup Wine, your choice*
¼ cup Hot water
1 teaspoon Nutmeg

Combine all ingredients and beat well on med speed about 2 minutes.

Pour into greased bundt pan and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes. *Apple juice can be substituted for the wine. TSPN00B
