| 5 | Cloves Garlic, Sliced | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced Fresh Rosemary, Or 1 T Dried Rosemary |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | White Wine |

Directions
*NOTE: Original recipe used 1½ T olive oil In skillet, cook first five ingredients in hot oil over med heat, stirring 5 min. Add wine, cover and reduce heat to low. Cook 10 - 15 min or until tender.
