| 2 | pounds | Salmon steaks or fillets SHRIMP: |
| 4 | cups | Water |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Seasoning mix |
| 1 | pounds | Large shrimp, cleaned Cocktail sauce |
Directions
Combine all seasoning ingredients and store in an airtight container.
Barbecued Cajun Salmon: Marinate the salmon in combined seasoning mix and olive oil about 20 minutes. BBQ over hot coals 10 minutes total for each inch thickness. Makes 4 servings.
