Ingredients

| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried thyme; crumbled |
| 4 | teaspoons | Paprika |
| 3 | teaspoons | Fr. ground pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cayenne pepper |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Dried oregano; crumbled |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in small bowl and mix thoroughly (Can be stored in airtight container for up to a month). Makes about ⅓ cup. Bon Appetit 2/90
