Wild rice delight

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Wild rice |
| 1 | can | Golden mushroom soup |
| 1 | can | Cream of mushroom soup |
| 4 | Partridge or chicken | |
| Breasts | ||
| 1 | can | Mushrooms |
| 1 | can | Water chestnuts |
| 2 | larges | Shallots |
Directions
Cook wild rice. Mix in mushroom soups and mushrooms. Slice water chestnuts and chop shallots; mix. Put rice mixture in glass pan.
Split breasts, roll in flour, then brown in butter. Lay breasts on top of rice. Bake at 325 degrees for 1½ hours covered. Season to taste.
