Wild rice side dish

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
1cupWild rice -- raw
½poundsMushrooms -- sliced
¼cupOnion -- chopped
½cupSliced almonds or water
Chestnuts
3cupsChicken broth

Directions

Put rice, mushrooms, onion and almonds in a 2 quart casserole. Add chicken broth and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1½ hours.
