Wild mushroom and aspargus saute

1 | pounds | Morell mushrooms |
1 | pounds | Young asparagus |
3 | Cloves of garlic | |
2 | tablespoons | Olive oil |
1 | teaspoon | Butter |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
1 | teaspoon | Oregano |
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
1. Trim wash and pat mushrooms dry 2. coarsely chop mushrooms
3. wash and snap asparagus (hint hold asparagus by each end and snap ) 4. In heavy skillet add oil and butter and spices 5. When it starts to sizzle add mushrooms and asparagus 6. Stir fry until asparagus in tender .
