White trash short'nin bread

Quantity Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
¼ pounds Margarine
¼ cup Light brown sugar

Cream the margarine and the sugar together until light and fluffy.

Add flour and mix until combined thoroughly. Roll out to about ½ inch thick. Cut into rounds and place on a greased and floured cookie sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes at 350F Origin: Adapted from White Trash. Shared by: Sharon Stevens, April/95.
