Whipped short bread

Yield: 100 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Butter
1 cup Icing Sugar
½ cup Corn Startch
2 teaspoons Vanilla
3 cups Flour

Mix all ingredients and blend with mixer until it looks like whipped cream.

Cover a chill for a few hours. Take teaspoon at a time and roll in hands, put on cookie sheet and squash with a fork. Add cherries or nuts on top to decorate. Bake at 350 deg. F. for 15 minutes. DELICIOUS: Melts in your mouth.
