White trash rice salad

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Cooked, chilled rice
½ cup Chopped king crab or lobster
½ cup Slivered Virginia ham
½ cup Finely chopped celery
2 eaches Finely chopped hard boiled eggs
\N \N Salt and freshly ground pepper
1 tablespoon Chopped chives
¼ cup Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Wine vinegar
½ cup Mayonnaise
