Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Cooked, chilled rice |
½ cup | Chopped king crab or lobster |
½ cup | Slivered Virginia ham |
½ cup | Finely chopped celery |
2 eaches | Finely chopped hard boiled eggs |
\N \N | Salt and freshly ground pepper |
1 tablespoon | Chopped chives |
¼ cup | Chopped parsley |
1 tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | Wine vinegar |
½ cup | Mayonnaise |
