White trash rice salad

2 | cups | Cooked, chilled rice |
½ | cup | Chopped king crab or lobster |
½ | cup | Slivered Virginia ham |
½ | cup | Finely chopped celery |
2 | eaches | Finely chopped hard boiled eggs |
Salt and freshly ground pepper | ||
1 | tablespoon | Chopped chives |
¼ | cup | Chopped parsley |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
1 | tablespoon | Wine vinegar |
½ | cup | Mayonnaise |
