West coast pizzas

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Flour tortillas -- 10\"
\N \N Vegetable oil cooking spray
10 ounces Fat-free Monterey Jack --
\N \N Cheese, Healthy Choi
\N \N Moon -- cut in 24 wedges
2 cups Tomato, fresh -- chopped
½ cup Fresh basil -- chopped
¼ cup Green onions -- sliced
¼ cup Ripe olives -- chopped
\N \N Cracked black pepper

Heat oven to 400 F. Lightly spray both sides of each tortilla with non-stick cooking spray. Place on baking sheet and bake at 400 F., 2 minutes on each side or until crisp and golden brown. Remove from oven and reduce temperature to 350 F. Top each tortilla with half the tomato, basil, onion, olives, and 12 wedges of cheese. Sprinkle with pepper to taste. Bake at 350 F. for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
