1 | cup | Diced pineapple |
1 | tablespoon | Sweet Thai chili sauce |
¼ | cup | Diced red and green bell pepper |
1 | teaspoon | Chopped cilantro |
Directions: Season the Weke filets with salt and pepper. Heat a saut pan and saut the filets in olive oil until cooked through. In a bowl, combine the papaya, pineapple, chili sauce, bell peppers and cilantro. Serve relish with fish.
