Weke with papaya pineapple relish

4 Weke filets - cleaned
Salt and pepper
1 cup Diced papaya
1 cup Diced pineapple
1 tablespoon Sweet Thai chili sauce
¼ cup Diced red and green bell pepper
1 teaspoon Chopped cilantro

Directions: Season the Weke filets with salt and pepper. Heat a saut‚ pan and saut‚ the filets in olive oil until cooked through. In a bowl, combine the papaya, pineapple, chili sauce, bell peppers and cilantro. Serve relish with fish.
