8ouncesLight yogurt, any flavor
1cupButtermilk (non-fat)
1cupCrushed pineapple, packed in juice (do not drain)
½teaspoonCoconut flavoring
½teaspoonVanilla flavoring
½teaspoonBanana flavoring (optional)

Directions

Stir all ingredients together and divide into 8 small paper cups. Insert stick into each and freeze.
