Weight watcher macaroni and cheese

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4½ ounce Elbow macaroni
1 tablespoon Margarine
1 teaspoon Margarine
6 ounces American cheese; cut into 1/2\" cubes
¼ teaspoon Freshly ground black pepper
1 cup Skim milk

1. Preheat oven to 450. Spray a 4-cup baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

2. In large pot of rapidly boiling water, cook macaroni 8-10 minutes, until tender; drain.

3. Return macaroni to same pot and combine with remaining ingredients.

Spoon mixture into prepared dish; bake 15-18 minutes, until golden and bubbly. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Each serving provides ¼ milk; 1 fat; 2 proteins; 1½ breads.
