|8||Chicken thighs; skinned|
|1 cup||Uncooked rice and 1 cup water; soak|
|2 cans||Cream of mushroom soup|
|1||Stalk celery; diced|
|2||Whole carrots; diced|
Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Mix rice, soup, water, celery, carrots, onion, pepper and place chicken on top. Add paprika to chicken parts. Cover. Bake 375 for 65 minutes or until done. Fifteen minutes before done, add 2 cans tomatoes and cut mushrooms.
