Weatherly chicken and rice

Measure Ingredient
8 \N Chicken thighs; skinned
1 cup Uncooked rice and 1 cup water; soak
2 cans Cream of mushroom soup
1 \N Stalk celery; diced
2 \N Whole carrots; diced
1 \N Onion; diced
1 teaspoon Paprika
½ teaspoon Pepper

Notes: By Curtis Osman, Weatherly. The Times News, PA Mix rice, soup, water, celery, carrots, onion, pepper and place chicken on top. Add paprika to chicken parts. Cover. Bake 375€ for 65 minutes or until done. Fifteen minutes before done, add 2 cans tomatoes and cut mushrooms.

Serves 6.
