Watercress mayonnaise

Yield: 1 servings

Measure Ingredient
2 bunches Watercress; leaves only, roughly chopped
1 cup Sour cream
2 teaspoons Fresh lemon juice
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Freshly-ground black pepper
½ cup Mayonnaise; preferably homemade

In a blender, combine the watercress, sour cream, lemon juice, tabasco, salt, and pepper. Puree until smooth, then transfer to a bowl and stir in the mayonnaise. This recipe yields 1½ cups of mayonnaise.
