Wasabi mayonnaise

Ingredients

| 3 | tablespoons | Japanese rice vinegar or white wine vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soya sauce |
| 2 | tablespoons | Dijon mustard |
| 6 | tablespoons | Wasabi powder, mixed with a little water to make a paste |
| 500 | millilitres | Vegetable oil |
Directions
Process all the ingredients, except the oil, in a food processor and, with the motor still running, gradually add the oil in a steady stream, until a thick mayonnaise forms.
