Wasabi sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Wasabi
1½ cup White or rice vinegar
1 cup Sugar
2 \N Eggs

1. Combine wasabi & vinegar, let stand overnight.

2. Combine sugar & eggs, cook over double boiler until Napp .

refrigarate & use as needed.

NOTES : wasabi is a japanese horseradish, it comes in fresh, powder, or paste form.
