Wasabi sauce

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Wasabi |
| 1½ | cup | White or rice vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | Eggs | |
Directions
1. Combine wasabi & vinegar, let stand overnight.
2. Combine sugar & eggs, cook over double boiler until Napp .
refrigarate & use as needed.
NOTES : wasabi is a japanese horseradish, it comes in fresh, powder, or paste form.
