Wasabi mousse

Measure Ingredient
1½ teaspoon Wasabi powder
½ cup Heavy cream
Salt; to taste
Lemon juice; to taste

In a medium bowl, whisk the wasabi powder into the heavy cream. Lightly season with salt and drops of lemon juice. Whisk until mixture is stiff.

This recipe yields ½ cup of mousse.
