Brandied summer fruit

Ingredients

cupApricots, sliced
1cupStrawberries, sliced
1cupBlackberries
1cupCantaloupe, cubed and peeled
½cupRaspberries
¼cupApple juice
¼cupBrandy
2tablespoonsSugar
Mint leaves, optional

Directions

Combine first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl; and toss fruit gently. Cover fruit, and chill for 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Garnish fruit with mint leaves, if desired.
