Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Light brown sugar, packed |
| ½ | cup | Granulated sugar |
| ¼ | cup | Light corn syrup |
| ½ | cup | Light cream |
| 1 | tablespoon | Butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| 1½ | cup | Coarsely chopped walnuts |
Directions
DIRECTIONS: Mix first 4 ingredients in saucepan. Cook, stirring, until a small amount of mixture forms a soft ball when dropped in cold water (238-F). (This takes 25 to 30 minutes.) Remove from heat; add butter and vanilla. Beat until blended; add walnuts, and stir until coated. Drop quickly by dessert-spoonfuls onto waxed paper.
