Walnut basil coated chicken

1 | cup | Fresh basil leaves, tightly packed |
3 | Cloves garlic, peeled | |
¼ | cup | Walnut pieces |
¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese, grated |
2 | teaspoons | Red wine vinegar |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
1½ | pounds | Boneless skinless chicken breast halves |
Directions
Place basil in food processor. With motor running, drop in garlic and process until basil and garlic are finely chopped, about 15 seconds. Add walnuts, cheese, vinegar and oil. Process to make a rough paste, about 20 seconds. Smear evenly onto chicken breasts. Grill.
