Walnut and sweet potato casserole

4 | cups | Cooked brown rice |
1 | each | Sweet potato thickly peeled |
2 | eaches | Eggs |
3-4 garlic cloves finely chopped | ||
6 | eaches | Green onions, chopped |
½ | cup | Walnuts, chopped finely, in blender |
1 | cup | Water or stock |
Directions
