Wagon wheels with mexican salsa

Yield: 2 people

Measure Ingredient
½ medium Tomato; chopped
½ medium Avocado; diced
½ can (19-oz) black beans; rinsed drained
¼ cup Corn; cooked
1 tablespoon Cilantro; chopped
1 tablespoon Chili peppers;canned chopped
1 Lime; juiced
½ teaspoon Cumin; ground
4 drops Hot-pepper sauce;
6 ounces Wagon wheels pasta; cooked

In a large bowl, combine the tomatoes, avocados, beans, corn, cilantro and peppers. Stir in the lime juice, cumin and hot-pepper sauce; set aside for 1 hour. Place the pasta in a serving bowl. Add the salsa mixture; toss to mix well.
