Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Lean Ground Beef |
| 1 | Garlic Clove, crushed | |
| 1 | Egg White | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sherry |
| 2 | tablespoons | Soy Sauce |
| ½ | teaspoon | Liquid Smoke |
| 2 | tablespoons | Fish Sauce |
| 1 | pinch | Sugar |
| 1 | Salt and White Pepper | |
| 2 | tablespoons | Corn Starch |
| 1 | tablespoon | Sesame Oil |
Directions
Blend mixture with mixer or food processor until very smooth. Mold small meatballs on skewer (about six meatballs per skewer). Broil to perfection.
