Venison tongue tangy sauce

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
¾ cup Mayonnaise
¼ cup Dry white wine
1½ teaspoon Fresh lime juice
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
1 dash White pepper, freshly ground

Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.

Yields a little over 1 cup.
