Venison tongue tangy sauce

¾cupMayonnaise
¼cupDry white wine
teaspoonFresh lime juice
teaspoonSalt
teaspoonTabasco Sauce
1dashWhite pepper, freshly ground

Directions

Combine all ingredients in small bowl, mixing well.

Yields a little over 1 cup.
