Sweet and sour sauce for venison

Ingredients

1cupcatsup
1cupbrown sugar
½cupvinegar
½cupwater
2or 3 bay leaves
1dash of salt and pepper
1sliced onion
2to 4 lbs. of venison,chicken
1or pork

Directions

Combine all ingredients and mix except onion. Pour over meat adding onion and cook covered at 350 degrees until meat is tender and sauce is thickened.
