Venison rib barbecue

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Sugar
¼ cup Vinegar
¼ cup Salt
1 \N Chopped onion
6 ounces Tomato juice
½ teaspoon Oregano
½ teaspoon Basil
\N \N Slice of bacon
\N \N Slice of onion
¼ teaspoon Chili powder
½ teaspoon Marjoram
1 \N Stalk of celery
1 \N Chopped carrot



Clean as much fat off ribs as you can. Marinate overnight. Dry pieces & roll in flour, fry until light brown. Remove from skillet & arrange in a large fry pan or skillet. Cover with barbecue sauce & bake until tender at 350 degrees.
