Vegetable stir fry.

Yield: 3 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Green beans
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
4 eaches Green onions sliced
1 tablespoon Oil
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
⅛ teaspoon Ginger
¼ cup Slivered almonds

Cut green beans and parboil for 5 min. Stir fry vegetables in oil for 4 or 5 min. Add rest of ingredients.
