4 tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
4 cups | Fresh vegetables; cut up |

2 cans | Tomato soup |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
Slice beef across the grain into thin strips, In large skillet or wok, heat oil. Stir-fry beef until browned.
remove from skillet; set aside. In same skillet, in remaining oil, stir-fry vegetables with garlic until tender-crisp.
Stir in soup, soy sauce and vinegar. Bring to boil. Return beef to skillet. Heat through, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice, if desired.
