Green vegetable stir-fry

6cupsAssorted sliced green vegetables
For example broccoli; snowpeas,
Beans; spinach
1tablespoonThai fish sauce
2teaspoonsJohn West Coriander
2tablespoonsFinely shredded kaffir lime leaves; optional

Directions

Heat oil in a wok or large frying pan over a medium heat. Add onion, stir-fry mix and curry paste and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add green vegetables and toss over the heat for 2 to 3 minutes, until bright green.

Add fish sauce and coriander, mix well and toss over the heat for I to 2 minutes. Serve with rice, stir-fries, or simple meat dishes.
