Vegetable millet delight

16ounces;water
½teaspoonCoriander
½teaspoonSalt
3tablespoonsSesame oil
3ouncesMushrooms; chopped
3ouncesRed and green pepper;chopped
3ouncesOnion; chopped

Directions

Place cooked millet in blender with 16 oz water, coriander, salt, and oil. Puree until smooth. Pour into saucepan over medium heat. Add chopped vegetables, and cook for 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
