Vegetable and herb rice oriental soup

Ingredients

1Box Quick Brown Rice (Vegetable and Herb)
5cupsWater
4tablespoonsTamari soy sauce
1tablespoonOlive oil
1teaspoonLemon juice
cupMung bean sprouts

Directions

Cook contents of box according to package directions. Add the soy sauce, oil, and lemon juice. Stir and let simmer 5 minutes more.

Add the sprouts and just heat through. More tamari soy sauce may be added to taste.
