Veal bianco

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 small Clove of garlic, minced
½ cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons Olive oil
6 \N Medallions of veal, pounded lightly
\N \N Flour
2 tablespoons Cognac
½ cup Heavy cream
½ cup Veal or chicken stock
\N \N Parsley for garnish

Saute garlic and mushrooms in oil for a few minutes. Dredge veal in flour, shaking off excess. Brown veal in pan, adding a little more oil if necessary. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Garnish with parsley. Serves 6.
