4Cm ginger
3Flakes; (6 g.) garlic
A pinch of cumin seeds
A pinch of turmeric powder
2Cloves
4Cm cinnamon
1Onion; chopped and fried

Directions

FOR THE MASALA

GRIND all the ingredients for the masala with vinegar to a fine paste.

Marinate the tiger prawns with lime juice, salt and the ground red masala.

Heat oil and shallow fry the marinated prawns till done, dry and well browned. Serve the prawns with onion salad.
